The Vision
CX- Brussels was founded back in 2020 by Jonathan Daniels and Frederic De Vrieze, in order to create a dedicated network for Customer Experience & Digital professionals in Belgium. The goal was simple: show that Customer Experience is a lever for business growth. It helps businesses to increase customer retention and loyalty, generates brand advocacy, expand market share, and finally drive the bottom line.
By attracting CX-stakeholders from different industries we created an engaged network of CX & Digital professionals.
Currently, the daily management is in the hands of Frederic De Vrieze and Peggy Lambert, with the support of an advisory board.

Our Mission
The mission of CX-Brussels is to support professionals in the Customer Experience domain. Providing them with a platform to exchange experiences and network, broaden their professional knowledge, and advance their careers.
We bring people together to discuss “customer experience”, share new insights and best practices, and create great experiences doing so.
This includes:
- Providing ongoing education through events, training sessions, meetings, workshops, and round tables.
- Advocating for members' interests in dealings with relevant authorities to ensure their benefit.
- Partnering with organizations that share similar goals and objectives.
- Engaging in activities that directly or indirectly benefit the association.
- Producing and distributing publications to share knowledge and insights.
