About CX-Luxembourg

Mid 2023 the initiative was taken to start a CX-Brussels chapter in Luxembourg. With the same dedication to demonstrate how Customer Experience drives business growth. We host six events annually, including Round Tables, CX-Events, and Workshops, all designed to elevate CX strategies. Luxembourg’s dynamic market, with its robust financial sector and expanding digital economy, offers a unique backdrop for advancing customer experience. Our expanding membership base reflects the vibrant community of CX & Digital professionals in the region, committed to collaboration, learning, and making a meaningful impact.
